It's Percy Elliott, he's English... up country somewhere. He must be 70 odd years old now.

I haven't seen him for a few years now, Liz. Wish I'd bred some of what he has!

going back to the weather, the temp over here is now minus 15 degs Centigrade
What is that in F any idea
It is the coldest over here for eight years they say, and no change is forecast
It is not possible to keep the water for the pigeons or the dogs from freezing almost right away
Six Baby pigeons in the nest have froze to death today from my best breeders, even the parents sitting tight on them was not enough to save them, out them this late afternoon when i went to change the frozen drinking water
What with another thread conflict its been a bad day

Oh! Poor wee things! I'm so sorry Steve. Can you put a heater in or not?
It's freezing here too. Coldest winter in more than ten years. I think minus 15 centigrade is about 5 fh.
It's all too easy to get into conflicts on here, I've done it myself, more than once!
Roll on spring and low fuel bills!

Wow, so pretty. I love to look at PHOTOS of snow...here in sunny So. California we're outside in short sleve shirts. Just took these of Zarry and his daughters Blanka and Helena romping in the yard... and yes, those are palm trees on my neighbor's yard :-) (evil grin)...Jackie Athon
