you have missed the point as expected, such a bad reputation you give gsd owners, they already think most of you are thick and this case just about proves it. you let yourselves down so badly as you rush to side with your ilk.you see no one not even me are interested in the breeders name, the topic moved on to " fit for purpose " which applies to livestock aswell as other goods.i have just thought how you can all gain a little knowledge ( though that may be dangerous in your cases ) have a word with malcolm griffiths, he knows all about fit for purpose and the trading standards.

Pencil, for once... shut your semi literate mouth and give your ass a chance!  Christ you can't even post without making an arse of it!  If we're talking thick, you certainly come seriously close to the epitome.

If this thread had been about "Jackshit GSD's", you'd have shown no interest at all; it must have made your black little heart beat faster when you discovered it was some ass slandering Sue Belfield, this has been the most exciting weekend you've had in a while huh?

Pencil...Why have yu once again brought Malcolm Griffiths up.yes he did wrong, nowt to do with hips tho.,was it?His demise came about because firstly HE FALSIFIED PEDIGREES and secondly he showed an import before it had done it 6 months in quarantine at his own quarantine kennels and i,m led to believe that was only by a few weeks. This post is about a puppy who has turned out to have hips too high for breeding. Now Vienna is a long coat,so at that time would not have been eligible for showing,so why breed from her,OH YES ,TO MAKE MONEY SPRINGS TO MIND.SORRY IF THAT UPSETS THE OP,MAYBE SHE CAN FILL US ALL IN AS TO WHY SHE BOUGHT THIS BITCH TO BREED FROM IF IT WASNT FOR THE MONEY?????I am not a particular friend of Sue Belfield, she is only an aquaitance i have met at shows but does not strike me as a nasty, uncooperative person.she seems reasonable, level headed and very committed to this breed. Now here,s my story, according to OP,us breeders have never been victims in this respect.wot a laugh,i bet there isnt one breeder of gsds that hasnt had many disappointments in their breeding programmes.i know that i,ve had many.pups run on with disqualifying features for showing.i,ve had em all.i,ve even run on 3 prospects from one litter that had 2 genetic health problems ,so OP please dont bleet to me re a poor hip score on your bitch.IT HAPPENS,NO ONE CAN GUARANTEE ANYTHING ON A LIVING CREATURE.Pencil FIT FOR PURPOSE does not fit here,as long as vienna can live a healthy life ,which she should be able to ,even with a high hip score then she,s fit for function as a pet.i had a male i bought in ,in my early days for showing and stud work, his hip score 3-45,i informed the breeder out of courtesy, never blamed him.just one of those things.2 litter sisters scored 3-3,i was the unlucky one. With all the unlucky gsds in rescue surely we should all be curbing our breeding practices, not adding to the ongoing rescue problem.Carole Spelman RHEINMEISTER GSDS.

miss beeb:
ah! so predictable and the first to bite. i knew the last  two lines would kill all the arguments about fit for purpose-sadly miss beeb its a fact the truth always hurts.
you keep on about miss belfield but she is not the point, and in your very small clique world you cant see that.
isnt east enders or corrie on to occupy you.

LOL... Sue's the only reason you are here... THE FORUM FLY.

by reble yell on 24 October 2010 - 19:10

pencil...how dare you question my motives or integrity, you do not know me i am part of no ones fan club. my issue is with idiots like you suggesting breeding from bad hips for monitory gain, slanging people of and one other thing where did you study law none of your writings would signify that it was any where other than the Internets law for dummies. you written English would not pass a level standard  never mind  degree level. You are a pomp-as stirrer. But please unless you are willing to represent this person in court shut up, or she will be back on here soon dissing you for her big legal bill. This is not about any one person it could be any one of us, fit for purpose unless as I stated there is a written contract stating  that this bitch (long coat) was bought to breed from. is that of a healthy pet. There for I hate to send you back to your books but site me any one case on parallel with this one that has even been heard by a court never mind found in favor of the complainant. I have searched my books and found nothing? but I am sure you as a legal eagle will be able to produce something then again maybe not. One more thing while you are looking at your books you should also pull some slander cases up they may assist you in the future

To Reble and Noddi Mr NO LEAD is one of life's losers, who positively hates to see anyone be successfull at anything, he is not worth comment on this or any other thread, he has no credability his knowledge on our breed is NIL, he was one of the people who bought a dog from MG with a dodgy pedigree and has never got over it, just look at anything he has ever said and you will see what i mean, all he is interested in is spreading lies and gossip, not once has he ever contributed any thing that could be helpful, and if he is a lawyer i really do hope he never ever represents me for anything because i would most definately lose.
This bitch was sold as a pet/companion with breeding restrictions, and a signed contract, she is a long coat, she is 3 years old, she has as we have been told been allowed to run and jump etc with older dogs since she was a baby with no reguard to her hips, Sue bred this litter using dogs with hips passed for breeding by the SV  so at the end of the day the breeder has no case to answer

I take it your in the sue bellfield fan club Although this was directed at Bazza, I think it reflects on all of us who have commented positively about this breeder. This is not a matter of anyone's fan club. I would say what I have said of any breeder. The parents of your puppy have good hip scores, and I would imagine so have all the other dogs behind them. That is the best that anyone can do. If you think they could do more, please specify what you think they should have done to 'ensure' good hips. They have done the right things, and sadly a puppy with a high hip score has been produced. It happens.

i really do hope one day you get a bitch with bad hips and hope to breed of her and you cant
Although you are obviously seriously disappointed this is a very spiteful remark to make to anybody. In any case it has already happened to many of us, whether we wanted to breed or not.

Perhaps you didn't do enough research before buying a puppy, or you would know that good dogs can and do sometimes produce bad hips, good hips in puppies cannot be guaranteed. To say that because your pup has a high hip score must mean that Sue is a bad breeder is simply incorrect, a breeder that knowingly breeds a dog with a high hip score or no hip score/health tests is a bad breeder. Do you see the difference? Finally, please have the decency to show a shred of compassion with Sue's current situation.

Abby, never thought you were, lol. I'm warming to you by the minute, lol
To the OP, sadly I have been in your situation but handled the matter a lot differently, be assured of that. I did look at the KCsite for your dogs scores using the spelling from your comments on the pedigree page NOTHING CAME UP, maybe it's your spelling that's wrong?????

Bazza (norris from the corner shop) you really have a sad mundane life you have to get involved in some elses argument what a numty!!! First of all ive nothing to approach myself for i have been in touch with sue on numeruos occasions not once did i loose the plot which you have done(truth hurts does it).Sue has had plenty of time to get over this so i take it your greedy to you would charge £850 for a pet/companion your even dafter than me if thats the case and have nothing out of it.This is the problem not eveyone but a few think that because you get people to sign paperwork you think your all high and dry thats not the case. Its not about money trust me i have plenty of that or the dog its the PRINCIPLE im supposed to be ok with what i got.Lets all feel sorry for sue i wont.If sue had spoken to me the telephone prior to all this i would,nt take legal action and trust me there is always a loop whole even sue cant get out of im discussing it no more you can all fire what you want at myself as i says there is always a loop whole.
