Whether or not tax is due on any income is determined by the government not by the individual who is in receipt of the income (wouldn't we all like it otherwise) - the outcome of whether tax is due and benefits are or are not affected is irrelevant. It is dishonest not to declare it, no matter how nice the person doing it may be. It is the law of the land.
If someone provides a product or service in exchange for money - it is 'income' and should be declared - the moment money changes hands in exchange for that product, be it puppy or book, it becomes a business transaction. Crikey, I have to declare the interest I receive on my investments.

Lets not forget that 2 of my dogs were apparently according to Lin kept locked in a coal bunker 24/7. So that would rule those 2 out, just how many dogs am I supposed to have had at the time?
Or are you just quoting verbetim from a certain Email that was forwarded to all the members of the now defunct GSDHelpline by someone that had never been to my house, and never even met my dogs, and was going on simply what Lin had told her?
I am not sure what you hope to achieve, because I have heard all this bullshit before, more times than I care to remember, and everytime the story changes, I do wonder how many versions of Lins side there are, however I can guarantee there is only one version that's true and that I haven't told it yet.
I came to this thread to defend myself because for the second time in 2 years, whenever anyone has had a pop at Lin it's automatically me, with a different name. Well guess what now I have posted and if this is the best you can come up with to try and upset me, then you are 5 years too late love!

Lets just face it, you have NO facts, you did no double checking, you just believed what you were told, and like to fool you are, you believed it.
