Where the **** is PETA when you need them? Why haven't they shut down the wet markets with protests and violence like they do to other activities they don't like? Why haven't they shut down the biolabs over there where they use animals and people as lab rats in totally inhumane ways to create monstrous things?

For those, who are wondering why I'm limiting interaction with my dog and cat, it's because of the CDC Veterinary Guidelines and my VA doc told me to limit interaction with the dog and cat... not because I might catch COVID from them, but that maybe they could catch it from me (supposedly no one knows for sure, but after what happened to the cat I posted about earlier in the thread, I'm not taking any unnecessary chances). The doc also told me to stay away from the hospital unless it were truly last resort life threatening.

FWIW, I've voted in every election since I was 18 (a very long time ago), and emailed every single Senator and Represntative about *stuff.* Individually, so no group send thingee. NOT one has even had a staffer send anything back, but I'm now on automated email lists from a few, and I get email begging for campaign contributions from more... so much for anyone actually caring about anything except themselves and the Almighty Dollar :-( :-( :-(   Even though this crapola has been going on for a very long time, the corruption and greed that exists now seems to be the worst it has ever been... good is now evil and evil is now good.  Follow the money has never been truer :-(

To everyone that served or is still serving (military, LE, fire, EMS, medical, labs, farmers, food, manufacturing, transportation/delivery, Pastors, prayer warriors, etc.), THANK YOU.

I think the only way out of this huge cluster*** is God answering desperate and intercessory prayers.

God's blessings to all... stay well.

Mindhunt, I’m a former hose dragger/ditch doctor myself (I retired in 2015).  I made the move a few weeks ago to help with my inlaws and two grandkids who are now doing school from the kitchen table.  I was thinking it was going to be through April, but it may be for the remainder of the year. Like you, I don’t let anything come in the house unless made safe.  The inlaws are at the age that it’s almost a death sentence to get it.

The dogs have gone from acreage with training and tracking fields to a 75t x 75ft fenced in area, but they would be happy even if we moved in a tent. Lol  Not really an issue for me.  I do miss taking them on a long run down the driveway late in the evenings.  Sure seems to help them settle in for a good night’s sleep.  Good news is there are still plenty of woods for tracking and even a volunteer FD just a mile or so down the road.  I plan on asking those guys if I can do some hides in the spare equipment they keep around back.  Overall I think its going pretty smoothly.  Could always be worse.

Rik, I just read a tiger at the Bronx Zoo tested positive for the virus. I wonder if they will use ivermectin as the antiviral. I use it for several things.

Thank you for the nasal lavage. The humor of your last comment (especially the finger) caused the glass of wine I WAS enjoying to simulate water boarding. If it wasn’t such a serious issue, I may have drowned. lol

Since pasta seems to be out of stock in my area, on a whim I decided to grow spaghetti squash this year. I always grow different squashes, just never before this one.

I really only wanted 3, maybe 5 seeds. The guy at the feed store insisted they only sold seed by the scoop full. I bet I have well over 200 seeds.

So, I started giving the local kids spaghetti squash seeds. So far they have seemed really excited. But then kids are usually excited if you give them anything.

OK... the part about YouTube removing the video for violating terms of service was interesting (censorship is alive and well).
