Yes, our beloved Ivy (Moonsmead Hershey Kisses) died yesterday, 5th November, peacefully.
She was one of a pack of 4 we have (different breeds) and she was loved by everyone, especially the children and grandchildren.
We knew she was an American Basset and it was so, so lovely to see her lineage listed on this website, seeing photos of her father and back further to grandparents. Wow! That blew me away!
It would be quite interesting to make contact with the owners of her ancestors, if that is possible.
We buried her today in our back garden in Surrey, UK. I have also ordered a wooden plaque for her grave.
She was such a sweet dog and will always be remembered in our house.
