We had proposed a different show for Indian Bred German Shepherd Dogs. The reasons were:
1. Indian Bred Dogs have no value even in India. So unless people see them their brand value will not increase. Most of them do not come when top ranked imported dogs are present.
2. By not promoting Indian Bred Dogs you are not promoting good breeding standards and recognising a good breeder.
3. It is very difficult for most judges to accept that a good Indian bred dog is better than an imported top ranked dog .So a different show was proposed so that there is no clash of interests.
4. Thanks to the "GSDCI" Indian bred dogs are a class apart... no DNA, no HD, No ED, no AD, No Korung, no Sch, no anything.... some of them are just good dogs that can compete anywhere.... it is unfair to compare these Indian bred dogs with those imported having all these qualifications.
I started on the wrong wicket.... not by choice but by providence. Mr. Desai first gave dates, then changed dates and in the 8th August AGM read out a letter from the SV to GSDCI which said that there should be no seperate show for Indian Bred Dogs..... unfortunately this was not minuted in the minutes of the 8th August AGM.... was it a slip up like all else in the " CLUB" run by him or was it because the letter really was not received and what was read out was a fabricated letter..... only time will tell .... I do not know. So from giving dates, he went to changing dates and then throwing the whole thing out of the window under dubious circumstances.
Now even if such a letter was received from the SV what action did our dear Secretary take to explain to the SV our point of view. Did he put forward our stand on the subject to SV.... no.... then how can he represent us with the SV. He perceives his role as that of a postman who conveys SV thoughts.... he puts forward what is convenient to him. Vigor was an Indian Sieger ... height was not important.... then Igor came and height became important.
I had written to the Managing Committee on DNA Finger Printing Institute in Hyderabad and asking them to let me know if I should request them for DNA testing of GSDs.... total silence. I cannot go and talk unless I know whether I will be backed if the Institute agrees. Even as a Business proposition it is great... just look at the dogs that are there.
I understand that every Racecourse in India has HD checks for horses... I am sure that knowledge is not a secret ... many know this. But to get it done for our dogs it is soooooo difficult.
Medical Science in India is advanced way above that in other countries but according to "GSDCI" we still lag behind!!!
We wanted to do an AD test in Hyderabad for dogs... in Germany dogs are made to move at a good trot speed for 20kms (? I may stand corrected) and thus stamina of dogs are checked.... dogs with HD or ED problems will find it very difficult to do that. I even agreed to reducing it down to 10 kms.... absolute silence from the "GSDCI" .
The question is of selective acceptance of standards given by SV. Or do they have something to hide???
Silence is golden as regularity through irregularity is the golden path of standards selection from SV.
Do not fool us anymore... we Indians learnt cricket from others but we gave the world 20-20. We are a capable nation and we can match anyone provided we are led by people who deserve to LEAD!!!

sold some shit of Gerd in Indian market in last few years! made some money out of it.
what happened to your other ids this days? only Pretorian, Natasha?
what happened to other ids like Shantha? after writing "Yako is good dog but with people who are not very sportsmen. They make many enemies by arrogant behave as they are lost in their unsecurity", what happened? have fear that this people will fuck you in very good way?
try to make one special lobby for gays like you. you will be president of it for sure.

very sorry state afairs in pune. exist club has no show new club opened in pimpri chinchwad this is not working. old people were promized club but chatya of secrtry and orriya kutta got club. kick bastads

@ NIRVANA: We are discussing something very important here. please don't bring the fav INDIAN name game here. we will discuss that later who is who once the matter of he GSDCI resolves. until then write something logical if u have.
I hope the GSDCI get what is required and is good for the whole country. Thanks Mr Mathew and Mr mahesh for bring up the reality which is not known to the common people like us as we are not part of the Committee

Dear Mr. Mathew,
You had been writing for a long time in this forum pertaining to the functioning and present status of our parent body The GSDCI.
This morning we had a fruitful and meaningful discussion on this subject,I have few questions Sir,
1.Registration-As you had rightly said the parent body is not registered under the act laid and administered by the respective state governments,I agree with you totally on this that it should have been done long back.Even as a member/Secretary of a chapter you have raised this point in the last AGM at Pune and in the meeting it has been resolved that after the formation of a new committee and change of name necessary paperworks will be done and as a member you can follow-up,raise your voice/concern and pressurise the committee to do the needful.Why all of a sudden so much of fuss now?
Not Everything is right but as you said before to different people, who were trying form a different club two years back that "We will have to be in the system to change the system for the betterment of the organisation.'
2. Income Tax-Income Tax returns have not been filed all these while,it can be or could have been done but is it mandatory for a society whose income does not even fall to the taxable brackets?
Do you file yourself the tax return of your chapter Mr. Mathew?Many chapters do not even pay their maintenance fees for years to the GSDCI.
If you so insist and feel that Tax return is important,this can even be raised to a proper forum.Why did you choose this public forum to vent out your anger and frustration against the parent body?
3.Legal Aspects-Today you have threatened me that the dissident /aggrieved group headed by you(Or Some body Big behind you and you are just the spokes person?) can take legal action against me for holding a chapter show.
May I know Sir,how could you do this?
The GSDCI is affiliated to The KCI and WUSV,being the secretary of a chapter formally we should apply for a date of the show to our parent body and in turn GSDCI inform KCI and The administrative body of KCI decide and grant us the date for the show and which is formally published in The Indian Kennel Gazette.
Now,if we decide to invite an SV judge,judges release fees have to be sent To The SV-Germany and upon release of the judge officially by the SV,the signed contract of the judge concerned, has to be sent to the GSDCI and The KCI respectively.
So far I know all the chapters who are holding their Shows this year have done due diligence and the requisite paperworks and THE KENNEL CLUB OF INDIA have given their official consents to hold the respective shows.
Then how on earth you can take legal action against the chapter secretaries?Are you even questioning the authority/legality of The KCI?
I believe you are still the Secretary of your chapter in Hyderabad and very much part of The GSDCI,if you do not have faith in the current committee why don't you resign from your post and set a precedent Sir?
I am sure that you are not in a bargaining mode,are you Mr.Mathew?

Ajit, this is indeed a brave effort on your part to expose a corrupt regime, matters can be resolved only with a strong committee at it's helm. Perhaps Mr Binder as the President, Mrs Krishna, yourself, Mahesh and other like minded individuals form a committee at the earliest to dispel the bad influence accumulated over the years.
An individual/individuals accused of such grave facts as premeditating the outcome of a show which otherwise has to be free and fair, agree the same at an AGM, present their nominations for the next elections, I present the following question why was no punishment meted out to these individuals infact they should be thrown out from the organisation. Exhibitors are paying hard earned money to travel/ show their dogs why didn't the concerned members file a Police complaint against the corrupt officials.
Severe initiatives should be endorsed against these corrupt members by the exhibitors

Part of what you said is correct.. part is wrong. I will explain.
1. I am still a member of the "GSDCI" so I am still within..... and I am fighting inside at the AGM, through emails and this public forum.
2. I would like you to understand that as I am doing this openly not hiding behind a name... I am opening myself to action... there are already whispers of banning me( worded differently by a Committee member in writing through Email) and my "Chapter" where they made a Committee member of my 'Chapter' resign.
So I have staked more for this cause which I feel strongly about... than others.
3.To answer why now..... I thought all was resolved after the AGM. But did you see the minutes of the AGM.....
3.1. The whole committee resigned on the 'judge change' issue in shame. After 3 months they are back filing their nominations...... do these guys have shame... how do they face this world.
3.2. In the AGM they have confirmed that the changes in the accounts suggested by me would be done.... they have done nothing. If they have where is the new statement. Please understand that they were writing off 25% of the total club expenditure and after intervention that became a income.
3.3. The new club was to be formed in 90 days as per AGM minutes....from 18th of August.... how many days is it now my friend.
3.4. The Adhoc committee of three members were given only THREE tasks as per minutes of AGM:
a) Complete the process of registration of the new enitity.
b) Take measures to make the GSD League fully functional.
c) To conduct elections of the Committee for the new club as soon as possible.
THEY HAVE DONE NONE OF THE ABOVE BUT HAVE BEEN GOING AROUND APPROVING SHOW DATES OF CHAPTERS , SENDING OUT NOMINATION LETTERS OF THE GSDCI , SENDING FOREIGN EXCHANGE OUTSIDE INDIA FOR JUDGE RELEASE FEES ETC.... ALL THESE ARE ACTIONS THEY ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO DO. THE PRIMARY TASK OF FORMING A NEW CLUB IS NOT DONE .... 4. I must strongly object to you saying I threatened you... I tried to explain to you that if a club is not registered any court will admit a PIL against that club as it has happened recently elsewhere and the court can order a STAY on the show. That will put the concerned club in trouble, the exhibitors in trouble and everybody in trouble. You should ask the "GSDCI" why they did not advice you correctly instead of asking me. That is the parent body... not me.
5. Filing of Income tax returns is mandatory even if it is Zero tax to be paid. Prior to 18th August we did not know that the 'GSDCI' was not registered. If registered the parent body must file all accounts and tax returns for chapters as we are branches of the'GSDCI'..... so they have now exposed us to greater liabilities. For example a Company registered in Mumbai files its returns for all its branches and the individual branches do not need to file individual returns.
6. Yes I am backed by all good people, rich and poor, who want to do away with this regime. There is no use of writing on this database in unknown names...if you feel strongly support me. We do this for the youngsters in the game and those who will come in tomorrow. It is for us to give them a cleaner slate tomorrow.... give them activity, give them an institution which they can rely on and bring in the SV standards to improve this game.
