Well the comments section got deleted. Nonetheless we have it here!!.

Now when i was thinking about this yesterday. I had a few questions which i could not get over.

1) At the last AGM if i am not wrong all the Comitee Members which consisted of 9 people resigned?? ..Could anyone tell me please what were the specific reasons for such a drastic move.

2) Now if all of them resigned, obviously for that period somebody responsible must be looking into the daily workings of the "CLUB"...like taking care of logistical, administrative and neccessary decisions. As we do normally in any organization. So who was given that responsibility and what was done in that period??

3) What are the functions of the comitee members. So what are their portfolios??

4) "Comitee members" of the GSDCI, which simply nudges me to ask the question "What are they empowered to do"??

5) As i had asked yesterdays as well, Considering its a registered club i am sure "Tax Returns".."Official Registrations" would have been done. But still i want to know are these things done??

6) Something went dasterdly wrong in the Verungal show (sorry for the speling) someone tried to influence the judge?? My my...do we do something abt this...What is the correct process to follow and how long dos it take for the follow up to be done from the Governing body?

So if you do have some answers to these very categorical and strainghforward questions, feel free to enlighten me. Truthful and Honest answers!!

I sure Mr. D. Krishnamurti or his son not invole  in corrupt GSDCI commitee anymore otherwise people will lose the respect about them and as well as good hope . We need changes with the sistym,look at the China hardly spent few years with GSD game and where they have reach and we r still intrested in so called winners.

Good questions Pretorian. Are talking of Warangal show ? Wonder what happened there. I am on holiday so out of touch. Will reply as soon as I get back if this is not deleted. Site Administrators .... This concerns all GSD lovers in India. I will ensure that there is no character defamation n no use of abusive language. Do not delete this as all will be factual information for all to know. Even the SV should take note of this.There is no German Shepherd Dog Club in India. What is there is an unregistered body which has not even filed Income Tax returns from Inception... that is over a decade. To have a club in India it should be registered. Morever all Committee Members have resigned on 8th August. So Mr Sanjay Desai does not head this club. He is not empowered to give show dates to chapters or send judge release fees outside the country. Minutes of the AGM signed by Mr.Desai is available stating this. I could scan and send you. Please contact me mathewajit1234@gmail.com or Chairman of the Kennel Club of India for more clarifications. Any association dealing with this person/ persons is opening themselves for legal prosecution. Mrs Wildmosser of SV ....are you reading this? They will make efforts to the administrator of this site to shut this topic down. We have proof for all that is stated.India is a large country and people still deal out of ignorance with this person/persons. But the law does not recogonise ignorance. I have personally informed them to register this Club but they continue to do the opposite. If registered with the Registrar of Societies as per the laws of this land, it will allow all of us to deal with this 'Club' without batting an eyelid.

A very valid point by Natasha!...actually look at China. Where do we stand in context or comparison to what they have achieved with the breed.

@ Mr Matthew: What you mentioned in your post, just shows or rather proves that the GSDCI has been inadequate and shortsighted with its goal. The basic which means lawfully registring a body such the GSDCI has been overlooked.  What can the members and the breeders expect from a Governing body as such.

When you put a organization in place, generally you have certaing goals that you want to achieve and that too you set a timeframe to achieve them. As mentioned by you Mr Matthew its been over a decade, what are the significant steps taken to improve the breed. Except for the Gun Test (Like tht was really GENIUS or microchipping) what about HD, ED, DNA etc...????

When it comes to Health, Certification there is nada...zit ...nothing!!!!. So where were they headed by calling themselves the comitee members. Were they so full of themselves that they thought they were untouchable. And no questions will be asked. ???

Wonder whats next to come. Has anybody more responsible taken over or its just a sham as it was. ??

Some arselicker of the biddiwalla is trying to lead this thread elsewhere but truth prevails. Ajit is first of all a businessman who trades according to the Government of India's Edicts. The punites have an Oriya dog who eats shite of the biddiwalla. Few years ago both were found to be purchasing puppies from slums in ooty for a pittance these pups were sold later to other unsuspecting buyers under their prefix for exorbitant rates. These people and their lackeys are called PIMPS. Dogs (HD, ED, FALSE PEDIGREES) are also available from Germany and other foreign countries which have been purchased for a trifle sum and later passed as dogs with pink papers.
Once in a while we get people like Ajit , Mahesh who speak the truth so they have to be slaughtered on any forum. Care to ponder if at all these shows were not rigged why in the show in January did a certain person's dog be placed in the bitches section in the catalogue so that it could not compete, now this certain person is the strongest individual and competitor in Pune enjoying a support of more than 90% breeders.
T ime and again members as well as laymen have requested the authorities to implement all required tests such as HD,ED, DNA etc but they have fallen on deaf ears. Most of the dogs have some if not all the problems mentioned, the organisers as well as the authorities themselves practice shameful activities if all the dogs in their kennels were to be examined not a single dog would pass the DNA test imagine a bitch who is 11years old bearing puppies. Thhe only solution lies in creating a new Club with such vermin carefully extricated from all sections.

Mahesh why were the Judges changed in 2010 Sieger show on the day of the show for V maleses and Females. As one of the organising Chapters you must be privy to inside information. How do these guys in GSDCI show their face to SV after they have indirectly accused one of the judges as being corrupt? Otherwise what could be the reason for the last minute change?

There were two victims from the Judge change in 2010 Sieger show: 1. Exhibitors who may have benifitted if judges were no changed. After all each judge may look at each dog differently. 2.Herr Joachim Steigler was to judge the male class n was asked to judge females. Understand he was deeply hurt. Sir we are sorry and we hope your incident will bring a sea of change. Sir when a child is born it brings a lot of happiness to all but to the mother a lot of pain. Christmas is another story of joy but He died for us so the Christians believe. It is very surprising that people like Mr.Azim Farooqui who wrote 4 page letters to MC criticising change o judges r now quiet. It is sad that Mr Guruprasad who vehemently thumped the table and Protested at the AGM are now quiet. All these guys resigned bcos they could not answer questions at the AGM and bowed out in shame.3 months later all are back filing their nominations. Where is the conscience?

Why do we have to attend shows whch are organized by these comitee members.

What i just cannot get over is the fact that the judge was approached and asked to do another thing. How could you do something like that.??

About your question earlier Mr Matthew in regards to the Warangal show, a little birdy ;) told me that this guy tried to influence the judge and was actually caught doing so.Now the judge has taken the matter to the KCI in the form of a formal complaint !!...In due course of time everybody will know who the bugger was!! And i hope that everybody does so. Talk about pushing your luck :D Dug his own grave..

Do we always have to get nto damage control mode and then plug the gaps. Its important that there needs to be a change and that too fast. If this continues to be the way it is...its just going to spiral into something nasty and disgraceful.

We talk about breeding really good German Shpherds...but what have we achieved. Hardly a bunch of BI dogs that are capable of competing with the imports.

My primary concern is why not HD, ED, DNA etc still not made mandatory. I would really like to see this put in place irrespective of who he damn comitee members are!!
