I personally would just like to be able to read something / anything from anyone other than peter, tiger or any of the negatives. Leave all the politics, BS and rumor out. Is there anything postitive to be shared in the GSD World?

Good comment. So many bad things people saying about each other. Not so nice for a Christmas time. Not so nice for any time - but is maybe need to be done. It make me and friends in club very sad that is true and real problem what is still there of bad hearts in some of brokers and breeders. So, still those with honest hearts and right actions want know how to make it so innocent not being hurt or money taken for poor quality dogs? This website reach so many but is most people what are already know something. Maybe have been to shows or trials. Big information here, and many comments make new persons think to make what you say "buyer beware". Maybe think of to check out more of informations before make choice of give away money, make compare different ways to find dog or puppy? Maybe under all big problem is only few of new buyers or people what are new to this breed, or maybe just want good quality pet, are seeing this site.. or if refer by good breeder or broker? For sure if seller not so honourable then not give information to find this site! This site important! Need more people who know only little to know of it. I make small Sugestion (maybe not so small if it help?) Maybe breeders what have not anything to be fear to make request to their vet and other vet to making advertisement or information to post in their waiting area like "see this site if you look to buy in this breed" type of sign in office waiting area. No matter what buyer read,(I hope before make give money or get dog) when plan to make purchase, still make that person think and check out facts better. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year

Ladies/Gentlemen In my short acquaintance with this site it seems to me it could do much good for the breed on a worldwide basis. However it is being hi-jacked by those who seek to apply the "lowest common denominator" theory. Such theory excludes the application of moral values, permits the use of foul and abusive language, deems the acquisition of knowledge a dangerous idea and generally holds the dignity of humankind in disrespect. In so doing it maligns the very breed such people profess to support. First - on a practical level, it is clear that financial backing is necessary to properly handle the amount of current demand the site obviously enjoys. Clearly the potential for future expansion is huge and any current user with entrepreneurial aspirations would see this potential. Second – the site must exercise control over the submissions without being censorial. Subscribers must feel they can speak freely. However, because the survival of the site itself could be extinguished by inappropriate content, all material would need to be examined. Clearly there is a huge demand for such a site but, if it is to attract the right clientele, it must find a method of excluding the “lowest common denominator” element of its subscribers, if only to ensure the “right minded” majority continue to enjoy the site. Material such as I have witnessed on the site would deter any decent human being from contributing/partaking in any exchange of ideas, knowledge, information etc. It would be a tragedy if this was allowed to happen and I wish the site owners/backers the best of luck with the site.
