Hello, I would like to ask for help in finding puppies from the JINOPO kennel (Czech Republic). Litter from 19.11.2022 by father Giordano Bruno Vlčí údolí and mother Jaika z Jirkova dvora (located in the USA). One dog remained in the Czech Republic (my dog) and the rest are in the world. There were 8 puppies in the litter. I want to find out how they are doing health-wise. My dog has the worst elbow dysplasia and we have already undergone 2 surgeries and we are waiting for another. Veterinarians and orthopedics agreed that it is hereditary. Please if you know anything about the puppies from this litter, please contact me...
Thank you all very much for your help and I wish you a nice holiday.
My dog's name is Pitt z Jirkova dvora

This user, Prager (Hans) is with Alpine K9, which sells Jinipo puppies in the states. He hasn't posted here for 2 years, though, but it might be worth reaching out to him. https://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/userinfo.html?userid=59551
If you do a search for Alpine K9 on this board, you'll see there have been a few problems in the past.
Here is their website, so you can contact them directly:http:// http://www.alpinek9.com/

I think that this breeder can't help me, he is an agent from JINOPO and if they didn't help me at JINOPO, he won't be interested either. I mainly want to know the health status of the entire litter, if the puppies from this litter also have dysplasia and if so, to what degree. If JINOPO wanted to solve the whole problem, they would contact all the owners of the puppies (they have contacts), but according to the conversation I had with them, they trivialize the whole matter and obviously do not want to solve anything.

Sorry, late to the party. Been awhile since I've been able to get to PDB.
The stud for your pup's litter is listed in the sold or retired stud dogs on JINOPO Kennel website. The link is on the left side of the page with the active studs. Direct link to Giordano on JINOPO website:
https://www.jinopo.cz/studdogs1.php?lg=en#bruno1
The bitch for your pup's litter is listed as sold or retired on JINOPO Kennel website. The link is on the left side of the page with the active breeding females
https://www.jinopo.cz/females1.php?lg=en#jajka
Information on PDB link shows the stud's elbows and hips good https://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=3188894-giordano-bruno-vlci-udoli?_v=20231223155504
PDB link shows bitch's elbows and hips good, as well https://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=3230685-jaika-z-jirkova-dvora?_v=20231223155804
Did you physically pick up your puppy from JINOPO in Czech? Was puppy shipped from somewhere? I only ask because I saw the notice on JINOPO official website about a kennel in Romania impersonating them. Or did you get your puppy from vomDavis German Shepherds, LLC, which website shows Jaika as one of their breeding females? https://vomdavisgermanshepherdsllc.com/our-dogs
When I looked at Jaika on vomDavis, I saw the notation spine "normal." I've never seen that before. What does that mean?
FWIW, no matter how careful a breeder is about making sure tests and genetics are all good for both stud and bitch (including littermates and ancestors), sometimes a puppy shows up with or develops something later that "shouldn't happen." Sometimes the whole litter and sometimes only one or more puppy(ies) out of the litter. No different than a puppy in a litter that has very different drives from littermates or drives very different from what was expected.
Check puppy contract/health warranty you should have gotten when you purchased puppy to see what, if anything, is covered, for how long, and purchaser and seller options and responsibilities.
I'm no expert, and definitely not questioning your Vet's opinion, and not saying this happened here, but sometimes something happens after birth, either at the breeder, owner, during training, etc. that can create various issues. Often this is unforeseen/unknown, and no one is at fault, and what it is/was is never known.
There have been some discussions on PDB about stuff that seemingly comes out of the blue in breedings.
The only other thing that occurs to me is a different male getting ahold of the bitch when she was in heat, thus creating a mixed litter. The only way to determine if this happened is DNA tests. I am not saying this happened or that anyone knew about it if it did happen. "Determined" dogs have managed to breed, sometimes without anyone's knowledge until after puppies were born. Generally easily deterined if different breeds, but not if the same breed. If no suspicion of an unintended breeding, without DNA tests, a same-breed unintended breeding may never be detected. I had a "determined" female in heat escape while at a boarding kennel by breaking the door, even though staff assured me she couldn't get out. Although I wasn't charged for the door, she can't be boarded at that facility ever again.
FWIW, I'd happily buy a puppy or stud services from JINOPO or Alpine. I don't know anything about vom Davis, so can't (and obviously shouldn't) comment one way or the other.
Good luck and God's blessings to you and your pup.
