My advice is to put some really nice pictures of the parents and puppies. You are selling show quality dogs sired by a world champion, but the picture you put in your add shows a pet puppy. People can't see the head of the puppy nor the top line, the front feet are east-west. When you advertise puppies from 'the top rottweilers in the world' as you say, the pictures must match that. People buy with their eyes, if they like the pictures they buy the puppies. Just a text enumerating titles and names is not enough.
So put a nice picture of the sire, a nice picture of the dam, take some good pictures of the puppies to prove they a show quality and people will buy them.
Also, you keep saying you have puppies "left". It suggests the good puppies were sold and the bad ones are ... left. Nobody wants leftovers. Try "we have 3 amazing female puppies available"or something like that.
Good luck!
